My senior animation shows what happens when intruders break into the wrong temple and awaken Titus, an ancient alchemical automaton engineered of slate and gold.

The final product!

The pipeline I used.

Sculpted in ZBrush, mocapped with a Perception Neuron Pro, modeled, rigged, and animated in C4D, rendered in Unreal.

Here's the rig I made for Titus. The legs and torso can be driven by mocap and animated further because this rig integrates the Mixamo Control Rig.

My goal with this project has been, more or less, to do everything possible to make animation easy. This has involved designing user-friendly rigs, which incorporate easily adjustable motion capture. So now, as I put on my Animator hat, I get to reap the rewards!

This is when I first got the retargeting working. Glad I was able to figure out the Mixamo Control Rig's retargeting preferences.
